In Rome, doctors, entrepreneurs, investors, and brands share visions, expertise, and opportunities, creating connections that extend beyond the days of the event.

If you are developing a project in the fields of health, wellness, healthcare, the Silver Economy, or tourism, Longevity 5.0 offers start-ups the opportunity to apply for the Pitch Competition & Call4Ideas with an international jury.

An opportunity to present your project within an environment that brings together innovation, business, and key players in the longevity ecosystem.

What you’ll find

Participation is part of a programme that includes personalised scale-up advisory, one-to-one meetings with investors and Business Angels, international Medical & Wellness Tourism buyers, and an Innovation District entirely dedicated to start-ups and innovative SMEs.

Pitch Competition
Where longevity meets innovation

For the first time, Longevity 5.0 | Extraordinary Journey opens its Ecosystem to start-ups and innovative SMEs that are helping shape the future of Longevity.

Following the first edition in Lugano in January 2026, the
second edition will take place in Rome from 27 to 29 January 2027, featuring a new Innovation Pitch Competition dedicated to innovation.

One competition.
Three levels of visibility.

All Start-ups selected by Partner company Business Relations srl Società Benefit (Contact person: Liliana Maresca) will take part in the Innovation Pitch Competition, presenting their innovation to International Investors, Corporate representatives and industry Stakeholders.

Participation can be enhanced by choosing the level of visibility that best suits their needs.

01. Pitch competition

Present your innovation on stage, receive expert feedback, and create new investment and collaboration opportunities.

02. Pitch + Startup showcase

In addition to the pitch, a dedicated space will be available throughout the event to showcase your solution and connect with Investors, Corporate representatives and potential Partners.

03. Pitch + Innovation experience

A larger, more immersive space to bring your innovation to life through Demos, Technology, Products, Services or Experiences.

Applications will be evaluated by an independent jury of Investors, Clinicians and Industry Professionals, based on Innovation
& Differentiation, Market Potential, Impact
and Traction.
